Delta Technology Hub in Bengaluru, India is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own end-to-end project delivery across design, development, deployment, and maintenance. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope and timelines, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a track record of delivering complex enterprise projects in cloud environments (AWS/Azure).

Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will be involved in building strong relationships with stakeholders, analyse requirements, participate in functional and technical design discussions, and own project quality, timelines and delivery. This role required high creativity and very high propensity to detail to oversee the design, development, implementations and maintenance of the projects.

The candidate must possess excellent leadership skills, and be a proactive solution-oriented individual with strong written and verbal communication skills. Finally, curiosity, outstanding project management best practices, seeing the bigger picture along with attention to detail, and a proven track record of influencing and collaborating across the organization are key qualities required to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership and responsibility for the success of the projects.
• Strong focus on design, planning and execution of the project from concept to production.
• Work seamlessly with engineers, product owners, and strategic partners, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.
• Building strong relationships within the team and ability to resolve conflicts.
• Efficiently manage people, monitor timelines, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Maintain a relentless focus on execution, ensuring timely and successful delivery while paying meticulous attention to detail.

What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

• 7+ years of experience in the IT industry with at least 3+ years of project management in an enterprise level.
• Well versed with SDLC processes and have proven experience of delivering enterprise product from concept to production.
• Experience in delivering Agile projects
• Experience in an enterprise technology environment with multiple dependent platforms and shared services.
• Experience in cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
• Exceptional communications skills is required.
• Strong organizational and facilitation skills, with the ability to take ownership of initiatives, prioritize multiple tasks, and drive projects to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
• Ability to brainstorm and communicate technology ideas and issues with peers and leadership
• Strong understanding of quality engineering (Manual and automation)
• Exposure and good understanding of CI/CD
• Hand-on experience using Project Management tools such as Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Projects, etc.

• Teamwork: Experience working with geographically distributed teams and navigating the coordination overhead of cross-timezone delivery. Ability to brainstorm and communicate technology ideas and issues with peers and IT management.
• Exposure to AI/ML project delivery strategies are strong pluses.
