Dezy (Smiles.ai) - Dental, made easy. is seeking an Associate Dentist for LB Nagar, Hyderabad. The role involves patient examinations, simple procedures, and collaboration with senior dentists to ensure high-quality care.

Freshers or up to 1 year of clinical experience is acceptable. A valid Indian dental license is required and you will be part of a flat, accountable culture with monthly incentives based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognized institution.
• Valid dental license to practice in India.
• Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy and a patient-first approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ensure all home & partner clinic appointments are catered within the day within the mentioned TAT.
• Upload scan files and intra/extra oral photos within the TAT, stored correctly.

Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Perform dental examinations, diagnose dental conditions, and develop treatment plans with senior dentists.
• Treatment Procedures: Carry out simple dental procedures such as intraoral scans, cleanings, fillings, etc.
• Patient Education: Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans and histories.
• Collaboration: Work with Chief General Dentist and staff to ensure seamless patient care.
• Continuing Education: Stay updated with latest developments in dentistry (aligners, implants) through training.
• Assistance in Surgeries: Assist senior doctors during dental procedures and surgeries.
• Relationship Management: Engage with dental clinics and senior Dentists regionally via outreach.
• Scheduling: Call and coordinate with patients for scans and visits to ensure timely attendance.

• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Chief General Dentist and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
• Continuing Education: Stay updated with the latest developments in dentistry, such as aligners and implants, through continuous education and training opportunities.
• Assistance in Surgeries: Assist senior doctors during dental procedures and surgeries.
• Manage and enhance relationships with existing players / dental clinic chains / senior Dentists in the region through outbound reach and participation in trade fairs.
• Call and coordinate with the patients on the day of the home/partner clinic scan to reach the location on time.
