Job summary

Avantor is seeking an Associate Customer Pricing to analyze pricing conditions for defined countries and create customer conditions in ERP systems as requested by the Sales team. You will work with Sales Representatives and Country Managers to ensure renewals of customer prices on time and deliver accurate reports.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, exposure to Excel/Access, and 1–2+ years experience.

• Master's degree is an added advantage.
• Proficient with Excel and MS Access for data handling.

The Opportunity:

The primary job responsibility of an Associate is to ensure that all pricing conditions for defined countries are analyzed and reviewed on-time based on the pricing policies before loading it into the system. THE OPPORTUNITY: The primary job responsibility of an Associate Customer pricing is to Create Customer conditions in ERP system as requested by the Sales Team abiding to pricing policies and provide the required reports. You will work closely with our Sales Representatives, Country Managers, to get the renewals of Customer Prices on time and provide accurate and timely reports.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Academic: Bachelor's degree (mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, or in a related field will be preferable)
• Master's Degree is an added advantage.

CERTIFICATIONS:

• Microsoft Office applications - Excel & MS Access
• EXPERIENCE:1 to 2 plus Years Experience with similar job duties

THOSE NECESSARY TO PERFORM THE JOB COMPETENTLY:

• Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and basic in VBA and visualization tools like Power BI, Python will be an added advantage.
• Ability to think analytically, critical thinking skills and quantitative skills. Diligence and a natural aptitude for numbers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and business acumen.
• Customer-centric and an Ambitious Person attitude. Manage time and priorities - set timelines, coordinate tasks for yourself and with others.Apply teamwork skills to a range of situations and ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels.

HOW YOU WILL THRIVE AND CREATE AN IMPACT:

• Extract pricing information from various sources such as SAP, Databases, and Internal systems.
• Responsible for Creating Customer Conditions in ERP systems, abiding to set policies and procedures. Scheduled & On Demand report preparation.
• Ensure tasks/reports are delivered on time and in a clear and concise format. Effective communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations when handling sensitive information.
• Work on various process documentations when asked to (review, update, edit, translate)
