Avantor in India is seeking an Associate for the Equipment Services Support team. You will join a multidisciplinary customer support group, delivering pre/post sales technical support and resolving queries to maintain strong customer relationships.

You will communicate effectively, multitask under pressure, and contribute to team targets while ensuring health and safety in the workplace.

• Graduation in any field.
• 1+ year of experience in a customer support role.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilités

• Work as part of the Customer Support team.
• Provide pre/post sales technical support via email/call/chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve product and service queries.
• Handle pricing, invoice, and delivery related questions.
• Maintain customer relationships and meet deadlines.

Job Description:

The Opportunity:

Avantor is seeking an Associate – Equipment Services Support team. The prospect will be the member of a multi-disciplined customer support team. Proactive team member who communicates well with others and is dedicated to achieving team targets. Must have a flexible approach and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Work as part of the Customer Support team
• Demonstrate professionalism, confidence, and telephone skills
• Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships
• To carryout customer support functions that meets deadlines and responsibilities, demonstrating, politeness, proficiency, and skilled behavior .
• Timely and professional response to incoming telephone calls
• Resolve customer product and service queries/complaints
• Pricing enquiries
• Internet queries/registrations
• Proof of delivery requests
• Invoice queries
• Administration of product returns
• Provide information on product availability
• Provide Certificates of Analysis
• Any other customer support functions
• Provide pre/post sales technical support via email/call/chat.
• Help accomplish team goals and objective by being a good team player
• To ensure health and safety is supported within the workplace

Skills, knowledge & experience:

• Graduation in any field.
• Required 1+ years of experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred
• Ability to multi task
• Effective/comprehensive communication
• Delivers quality through attention to detail high level of accuracy
• Self-motivated and demonstrates initiative and results orientated
• Meets business commitments through acceptance of accountability, customer ownership, time management, punctuality/attendance
