Job summary

Avantor is seeking an Associate Customer Pricing to create customer conditions in the ERP system as requested by the Sales Team, adhering to pricing policies and delivering reports. You will collaborate with Sales Representatives and Country Managers to renew customer prices on time and provide timely reports.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, with a master’s degree as an advantage, and proficiency in Excel, MS Access, VBA, and basic data visualization tools.

• Extract pricing information from ERP sources like SAP, databases and internal systems.
• Create Customer Conditions in ERP, adhering to pricing policies.
• Schedule and deliver on-demand reports with accuracy and clarity.
• Ensure timely, well-formatted outputs and effective communication with stakeholders.

The Opportunity

The primary job responsibility of an Associate Customer Pricing is to create customer conditions in the ERP system as requested by the Sales Team, abiding by pricing policies, and providing the required reports. You will work closely with our Sales Representatives and Country Managers to get the renewals of Customer Prices on time and provide accurate and timely reports.

What We're Looking For

• Academic: Bachelor’s degree (mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, or a related field will be preferable)
• Master’s Degree is an added advantage.

Certifications

• Microsoft Office applications – Excel & MS Access

Experience

• 1 - 2 plus Years Experience with similar job duties

• Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and basic in VBA and visualization tools like Power BI, Python will be an added advantage.
• Ability to think analytically, critical thinking skills and quantitative skills.
