Job summary

Crimson Interactive is seeking a content-focused professional to drive end-to-end content development and delivery for Enago Academy. The role involves creating engaging material around manuscript writing, submission, and scholarly publishing trends.

You will coordinate with industry experts, manage content quality across formats, and support course development while building relationships with freelancers and regional teams.

Qualifications

• MSc in Physical/Life/Medical Sciences with a strong inclination toward content development and STEM industry.
• Experience in academic research and publishing in high-impact journals; first authorship and/or co-authorship is helpful.
• Thorough knowledge of the STEM industry and strong content writing/editing skills.
• Strong design skills and social media awareness; proficient in English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end content for manuscripts, submission, and publication workflows and related publishing industry developments.
• Maintain and develop content for Enago Academy's exclusive projects and resources.
• Coordinate with industry experts to develop content and delivery.
• Create interactive resources to boost engagement with subscribers and readers; generate content for social media, newsletters, and website promotions.
• Assist with course development, evaluation methodologies, and end-to-end quality management for projects and deliverables.
• Support delivery and project management, including coordination with stakeholders and freelancers; maintain records for publishing plans.

About the Role (Job Description)

Content Development

1. Implement content ideas revolving around the end-to-end process of manuscript writing, submission, and publication as

well as developments within the scholarly publishing industry

2. Responsible for maintaining and developing the content for Enago Academys exclusive projects

3. Co-ordination with industry experts for developing content and delivery

4. Visualize and design interactive resources for increased engagement with the subscribers and readers

5. Generate engaging content for social media, newsletter and website promotions

Content Management

1. Assisting with course development and evaluation methodologies

2. End-to-end quality management for projects and deliverables

3. Responsible for output quality in all formats such as video, text, quizzes, etc.

4. Maintaining version control for different projects

Delivery Management

1. Assisting video editors in getting raw content edited and adaptable for users.

2. Assisting designers in modifying content for aesthetic and technical reasons.

3. Implementing delivery-related changes based on technological and content-based feedback for end users

Project Management

1. Coordination with all stakeholders, including regional teams, designers, developers, providing guidance and assistance

for project delivery and deadline management

2. Build long-term business relationships with our valued freelancers and industry professionals

3. Maintain proper records for publishing and project plans (electronic and hard copy)

• MSc in Physical/Life/Medical Sciences, with a strong inclination toward content development and STEM industry
• Should have experience in academic research and publishing in high-impact factor journals; possibly have first
• authorship and/or co-authorship in published papers
