Job summary

YASH Technologies, Inc. is seeking SAP MII professionals to manage and support manufacturing execution processes within SAP Digital Manufacturing in Hyderabad, India.

The role covers configuration of PODs, work centers, routings, work instructions, and data collection, along with delivering process improvements and compliance with standards. You will collaborate with IT, business, operations, and plant teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP and non-SAP systems and provide training and

• Experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing and SAP MII implementations.
• Ability to assess solutions and drive process improvements in manufacturing execution.

Manage and support manufacturing execution processes in SAP Digital Manufacturing.

• Configure and maintain SAP Digital Manufacturing components such as Production Operator Dashboards (PODs), work centers/resources, routings, work instructions, and data collection.
• Conduct solution assessments and implement process improvements and mitigation strategies for manufacturing execution challenges.
• Ensure compliance with internal manufacturing standards, process controls, and operational requirements.
• Develop and maintain solution design documents, process documentation, procedures, and support materials.
• Monitor SAP Digital Manufacturing processes and integrations for failures or process issues and take corrective actions as necessary.
• Work closely with other IT, business, operations, plant, and integration teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP Digital Manufacturing with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Provide training and support to end users on SAP Digital Manufacturing-related processes and issues.
