YASH Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP BTP Administrator to join our cloud support team.

You will administer SAP BTP environments across multiple customer accounts, manage SAC and Datasphere tasks, and ensure security, provisioning, and performance optimization in a 24/7 shift model. The role involves monitoring system health, incident management per ITIL, and documenting configurations for knowledge sharing.

Formación

• 2–4 years of hands-on SAP BTP Admin experience.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Datasphere administration.
• Proficient in Document Management Service administration.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security, identity management, and access controls.
• Familiarity with cloud connectors and integrations.
• ITIL Foundation certification (preferred) or strong knowledge of ITIL principles.
• Experience with incident and change management and ticketing systems.

Responsabilidades

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Technical Skills

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a SAP BTP Administrator
• Demonstrated expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Datasphere administration
• Experience with Document Management Service setup and administration
• Strong understanding of cloud security, identity management, and access controls
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
• Familiarity with cloud connectors and integrations

Certifications & Knowledge

• ITIL Foundation certification (preferred) or strong knowledge of ITIL principles
• Understanding of incident and change management processes
• Experience with ticketing and documentation systems

Soft Skills
