YASH Technologies, Inc. is seeking a skilled SAP BTP Administrator to join our global support team. You will administer SAP BTP environments, manage SAC and Datasphere tasks, and provide 24/7 support for multiple customers across time zones.

You will also oversee Document Management Service, ensure security controls, and participate in incident/change processes following ITIL best practices. This role requires strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Formación

• 2-4 years hands-on experience as SAP BTP Administrator.
• Expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Datasphere administration.
• Experience with Document Management Service setup and administration.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, identity management, and access controls.

Responsabilidades

• Document processes, configurations, and solutions for knowledge management.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Technical Skills

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience as a SAP BTP Administrator
• Demonstrated expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Datasphere administration
• Experience with Document Management Service setup and administration
• Strong understanding of cloud security, identity management, and access controls
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
• Familiarity with cloud connectors and integrations

Certifications & Knowledge

• ITIL Foundation certification (preferred) or strong knowledge of ITIL principles
• Understanding of incident and change management processes
• Experience with ticketing and documentation systems
