Job summary

YASH Technologies is seeking skilled SAP ABAP Developers to join our growing SAP practice in Pune or Bangalore. You’ll design, build and improve SAP solutions using ABAP, CDS views, and OData services, with involvement across the full project lifecycle.

This role requires 2–4 years of hands-on ABAP experience, strong core ABAP knowledge, CDS/OOABAP expertise, and good communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Full-time on-site positions in India.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Strong knowledge of core ABAP: Reports, ALV, Module Pool, Function Modules, BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs and Smart Forms/Adobe Forms.
• CDS views: basic, composite and consumption views, annotations and associations.
• Hands-on experience developing and debugging OData services (SEGW).
• OOABAP and performance tuning (ST05, Code Inspector).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Nice to have: S/4HANA, ABAP on HANA, RAP, Fiori/UI5, ABAP Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test and maintain ABAP programs including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms and workflows (RICEFW).
• Design and build CDS views with annotations and associations for analytics and transactional apps.
• Develop and expose OData services for SAP Fiori/UI5 apps using SAP Gateway or CDS publishing.
• Implement enhancements using BAdIs, user exits, enhancement points and implicit/explicit enhancements.
• Write efficient, performance-optimized ABAP code following SAP best practices.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Debug, troubleshoot and fix production issues within SLAs.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing and documentation; collaborate with functional, Fiori, and Basis teams.
