Job summary

EY in Bengaluru seeks an Associate Consultant to lead on-site interior fit-out projects, coordinating design deliverables with regulatory requirements and client expectations.

You will manage procurement, vendor relations, and invoice reviews, while preparing cashflow and progress reports and coordinating between site and office teams to ensure smooth execution and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site execution of interior fit-out works, including bespoke joinery and premium finishes.

• Prepare monthly cashflow reports and weekly progress reports.
• Manage procurement of materials and ensure timely availability and quality.
• Oversee vendor management including selection, negotiation and performance monitoring.

• Review and certify interim and final invoices with vendors/sub-contractors/consultants.
• Manage building services including electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, challenges and changes.

• Support fit-out lead in planning and execution to align design deliverables with operational and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare monthly cashflow reports and weekly progress reports.
• Manage procurement of materials, ensuring timely availability and adherence to quality standards.
• Oversee vendor management, including selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate between site and office teams to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues that arise.
• Review and certification of interim and final invoices submitted by venders, co-ordination with venders/sub-contractors/ consultants
• Manage and coordinate building services, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and changes.

• Project Management (6+ years)
