Job summary

Aspect Ratio in Pune is seeking an experienced professional for its pharma neuroscience competitive intelligence team. The role requires handling research projects and delivering reports with high quality, on time, on multiple streams.

Candidates with 3–6 years of experience in pharma competitive intelligence and a background in MPharm/PhD/MTech will fit well. This is a strictly office-based role with no WFH option.

Qualifications

• MPharm/PhD/MTech from premier institutes; pharma/healthcare and neuroscience experience mandatory.

Position Summary:

Require an experienced candidate for the competitive intelligence team in the Pharma Neuroscience domain.

Candidates with shorter notice period/on notice period/ available immediately will be given higher preference. This is a 'work from office' role. We do not have WFH/hybrid roles.

Qualification

MPharm/PhD/MTech from premier Insitute. Work experience in Pharma/Healthcare and neuroscience is mandatory.

Experience

Minimum 3-6 years of experience in managing research and consulting projects, in the pharma competitive intelligence domain.

Areas of delivery for the team include:

• Create reports to answer business questions raised by the client.
• Deliver impactful presentations to the client.
• Monitor secondary data sources and news websites to create reports as applicable.
• Perform in-depth secondary research and create quality deliverable as per client demand.

Examples of projects include creating Industry Newsletters and Company Profiles, Competitive Bench-marking, Market Intelligence, Detailed Industry Analysis, Market Entry/Assessment/Sizing studies, Conference Coverage, Opportunity Assessments, Market Landscape Creation, Pipeline Analysis and Clinical Trial Analysis.

Key responsibilities of the position would include:

• Ensure high quality, on-time deliverable through rigorous check of processes and output.
• Manage multiple work streams simultaneously
• Story Building and Visualization to help create impact on business decisions.

Skills required:

• Clear and concise communication
• Excellent verbal and writing skills, including ability to summarize information into insights
• Good client presence - interact and build relationships with clients and other team members
• Ability to take in new information and connect with the client's business
• Extensive knowledge of data and new sources, especially within the pharma domain is preferred
• Expertise in MS-PowerPoint and other presentation tools
• Proficiency with MS-Excel would be a plus.
