Job summary

Huron is seeking an Oracle Analyst to work with industry experts to implement, optimize, and support Oracle ERP Finance solutions in Bengaluru. You will develop expertise in financial technology, enterprise systems, and process automation to enhance finance operations and decision-making.

Qualifications

• MBA HR graduates from 2025 or 2026 are eligible.

As an Oracle Analyst, you will work closely with industry experts to implement, optimize, and support Oracle ERP Finance solutions. • Consistent academic record of minimum 60% or equivalent CGPA in all educational qualifications. (Maharashtra based candidates academic record of a minimum of 55% or equivalent is needed.)
• Maximum 2-year gap in education, with no standing arrears or active backlogs at the time of joining.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Access is an advantage.
• Understanding of ERP systems, financial processes, or business operations is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to technology-driven financial solutions.
