Responsibilities

• Ensure SOWs are met and updated weekly.
• Create first drafts of press releases and media briefs.
• Coordinate responses to media queries and authored articles.
• Prepare WIP, monthly and quarterly reports with the line manager.
• Manage end-to-end coordination for opportunities.
• Media outreach for all partners and follow-ups.
• Develop media relationships with correspondents and editors.

• EnsuringSOWs are met and updated weekly.
• Creatingfirst drafts of documents – press releases, content briefingtemplates, media briefing documents, first drafts of responsesto
• mediaqueries, authored articles.
• Creationand ensuring timely submission of WIP reports, month reports& quarter plans in assistance with their linemanager
• End-to-endcoordination for closing an opportunity
• Mediaoutreach for all partners
• Oncein three weeks relevant rounds
• Develop15 numbers of media relationships with correspondents toassistant editors in a year
• Pressrelease dissemination and follow-ups
• Onelarge format story every quarter in mainlines or financials(Tier 1 media)
• Sharingmedia opportunity/query emails for partners
• Sharingcoverage updates
• Morningmessages for the next day (to be shared with the partner by 10AM)
• Uploadingdocuments on the drive
• EnsuringSOWs are met and updated weekly
