Job summary

Genpact is seeking an Associate Consultant-ERC to support risk advisory tasks, prepare client reports, and analyze regulatory trends. You will translate complex requirements into detailed test scenarios for regulatory reporting systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities include end-to-end test design, data validation, defect analysis, and supporting UAT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Economics, Finance or Statistics; MBA or MSc in Risk Management preferred.
• Certifications in risk and security domains are highly desirable.
• Experience with regulatory reporting and audit processes is a plus.

• Support delivery of risk advisory tasks and assessments.
• Assist in preparing risk documentation and client reports.
• Analyze regulatory requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
• Design and execute end-to-end test cases for regulatory reporting systems.
