Responsibilities

• Workflow design, development, and deployment of low-code/no-code solutions.
• Configure business rules, approval matrices, and decision tables.
• Integrate automation with SAP S/4HANA/ECC and non-SAP systems via REST/OData APIs.
• Set up process visibility dashboards on SAP BTP for real-time monitoring.
• Test, UAT support, and transport deployment across BTP subaccounts.
• Create technical docs and user guides for deployed workflows.

Experience : 2 - 3 Years

Key Responsibilities

Workflow & Automation Development : Design, build, and deploy low-code/no-code workflows, forms, approval logic, and multi-level decision pathways using SAP Build Process AutomationBusiness

Rules Configuration : Create and manage business rules, approval matrices, and decision tables within the automation framework

Integration Support : Connect automation workflows with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and non-SAP systems by developing and consuming REST and OData APIs.

Process Visibility : Set up Process Visibility dashboards on SAP BTP to enable real-time operational monitoring and transparency for business users

Testing & Deployment: Conduct thorough unit testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), fix bugs, and handle application transport deployment across BTP development and production subaccounts

Documentation: Create technical documentation, process flow definitions, and user guides for all deployed workflows

Technical Skills

2–3 years of practical experience in the SAP ecosystem, with focus on SAP Build Process Automation

Familiarity with the SAP BTP cockpit, including setting up service instances, role collections, and destination configurations.

Hands-on experience working with JSON payloads, and calling OData or REST APIs.
