Job summary

Moody’s seeks an entry-level Associate in Automation & Operational Governance to advance automation, analytics, reporting, and AI-driven process improvements within the Commercial Operational Governance team.

The role focuses on developing dashboards, supporting automation initiatives, and ensuring governance standards while collaborating with stakeholders to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards.
• Support workflow automation initiatives using Power Automate and related Microsoft technologies.
• Assist with API integrations and process automation projects.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis using SQL and Excel.
• Support AI and GenAI use cases, including Copilot-based solutions and intelligent workflow automation.
• Gather business requirements and assist with testing, deployment, and monitoring of automation solutions.
• Support the creation and maintenance of governance documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to deliver reporting and automation solutions.
• Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and adherence to governance standards.

Skills And Competencies

• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, Excel, API Integration, and Business Process Automation to drive data-driven solutions
• Awareness of workflow automation, AI/Gen AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Copilot Studio), and operational governance concepts is a plus.
• The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
