Skills and Competencies
  • 12+ years of experience leading data analytics and operations team, credit research, or related capital markets functions within financial services organizations
  • Strong understanding of credit risk, with expertise in managing end‑to‑end financial data lifecycle, ensuring data quality, integrity, and continuous process improvement
  • Experience working with leading financial data providers (Bloomberg, FactSet, Intex, LSEG/Refinitiv, S&P Capital IQ), along with strong proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), complemented by relevant certifications in data analytics or visualization
  • Exceptional stakeholder leader with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to influence senior leaders and translate complex data challenges into actionable business insights and operational improvements
  • Proven leader with strong communication and executive reporting skills, adept at managing managers and distributed teams while driving strategic initiatives and execution in dynamic environments
  • Basic understanding of AI concepts (Generative AI tools and Agentic AI systems etc.) with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency leveraging these technologies for research, analysis, or workflow optimization
  • Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
Education
  • Bachelors/Masters in Engineering, Finance, Economics or Business/Accounting

Strong ability to connect data operations with downstream analytical outcomes, with a clear understanding of how data is interpreted, applied, and visualized to support credit analysis, analytical models, and informed business decision‑making.

  • Own the successful delivery of data operations and analytical support portfolios, ensuring high standards of quality, timeliness, accuracy, and operational excellence
  • Lead and develop managers and teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance
  • Establish team priorities, allocate resources effectively, and monitor performance against operational objectives and service commitments
  • Align team objectives, processes, and deliverables with departmental strategy and broader organizational goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global stakeholders, providing leadership, transparency, and effective communication across business, analytical, and technology functions
  • Drive operational excellence through process improvements, automation, vendor engagement, and strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and business outcomes
