Key Associate Responsibilities (but are not limited to)
  • Learning GLG’s business processes and assisting with high‑level project execution by identifying and engaging with top‑tier professionals capable of providing valuable industry insights.
  • Expand GLG’s expert network by identifying and recruiting new professionals through strategic lead generation and outreach via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Scheduling and confirming critical calls and meetings between GLG’s clients and Network Members, including scheduling all calls with your new recruits.
  • Learning and upholding our compliance policies and procedures to protect the integrity of client engagements.
  • Manage and grow client accounts by developing a strong understanding of their evolving priorities, ensuring seamless project execution, and identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships and expand business.
  • Building your understanding of client strategies, industry verticals, and value chains to effectively source and vet the most relevant experts for client projects.
  • Coordinate and confirm key interactions between clients and GLG Network Members, ensuring timely and seamless communication.
  • Proactively engaging with GLG’s Network Members to assess their expertise and gauge their fit on client projects.
  • Excel in a dynamic work environment, efficiently managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Develop a working knowledge of various industries to improve project and product service quality.
  • Willingness to work in evening shifts (3 pm to 12 am or 5 pm to 2 am).

  • Develop a deep understanding of various industries and sectors through exposure to a diverse range of client projects.
  • Strengthen your ability to solve complex business challenges through structured analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and innovative problem‑solving.
  • Develop strong, transferable business skills, including communication, time management, negotiating, problem solving, project management, research and the ability to achieve monthly/quarterly performance targets.
  • Collaborate closely with regional and global teams to drive revenue growth and contribute to the organization’s broader commercial goals.
  • Mentor and guide GLG Associates on best practices.
Ideal Candidates Have
  • Postgraduate / Graduate degree from a top‑tier university.
  • Has 1‑3 years of work experience, ideally in B2B client servicing and business development roles.
  • Excellent communication and interaction skills, including demonstrated oral, written and presentation abilities in a business‑focused setting using a variety of communication channels (telephone, e‑mail, in‑person, etc).
  • General understanding, awareness and interest in corporate, consulting, and financial markets.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial/leadership skills.
  • Experience interacting with senior executives.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and/or collaboratively in a team.
  • Ability to multi‑task and prioritize effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate the ability and initiative to handle increasing responsibility over time.
  • Willingness to work flexible and extended hours basis business needs and client requirements.
  • Successful track record of working in a dynamic environment, often accompanied by stringent deadlines.
