Job summary

Amazon Hyderabad is seeking an Associate – City Operations to manage day-to-day sort center activities. You will support inbound, sorting, and outbound dispatch while monitoring performance and ensuring safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include tracking metrics, coordinating with delivery teams and partners, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience. This role requires flexibility for rotational shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills across teams.
• Familiarity with basic MS Excel / reporting tools.
• Graduate/Diploma in any discipline (preferred in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field).
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and weekends as per business needs.
