Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Daily dashboard delivery and periodic reports to GB Business Team.
• Prepare periodic incentive and goal sheet score cards.
• Create PPTs and analyze data for meaningful insights.
• Gather market intelligence to adopt best practices.
• Ensure timely centralized payments through bank systems with stakeholders.

Role/Job Title: Associate Channel Manager- Process & portfolio

Function/ Department: Government Banking Group

Job Purpose :

This is a fascinating, interesting & unique role as asupport function to GB Business Team comprising preparation of Qualitative MIS -Dashboard, Analysis of data for critical business insights, Releasing insightful patterns for team consumption. Coordinating internal stakeholders/ Teams for Quarterly IncentiveScore cardand Performance Score card workings and releasing MIS to GB Business Team. Preparation of presentation/ PPT for meets with internal stakeholders and/or Sr Management. Other ancillary tasks under team support for MIS, coordinating with internal teams viz BIU,Finance AP Teams etc for Budget related aspectsand GB Team for Business related submissions, vendor payment processing under bank's system therby supporting Business Teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Daily Dashboard & Dashboard and other periodic reports etc to Business TEam and related stakeholders.

Preparation of Periodic Incentive and Goal Sheet score card workings.

Preparation of PPT and analysis of data for meaningful insights etc

Gather and leverage market intelligence to incorporate best practices.

Timely release of centralised payments to vendors and others thru Bank's system, follow up for same in the process with relevant stakeholders.

Secondary Responsibilities:

'Collaborate with other internal stakeholders (AP Teams,Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Legal etc) to achieve the desired business objectives whilst ensuring maximum efficiency in internal processes.

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:

Champion IDFC FIRST's customer first culture by driving the business to take up high degree servicing norms to ensure absolute customer delight
