Responsibilities

• Ensure error-free transaction processing within defined turnaround times (TAT).
• Manage onboarding processes for retail banking products including limit setup and disbursement.
• Maintain MIS reports related to limit setup and disbursement activities.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of retail banking processes and systems, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Collate and analyze data from stakeholders for regulatory reporting and internal decision-making.
• Apply strong analytical and data interpretation skills for accurate reporting.
• Maintain high proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
• Manage vendor relationships, including legal, technical, and ROC partners.
• Prepare presentations for internal reviews and conduct data analysis for ongoing projects.
