Job summary

IDFC FIRST Bank in Bathinda is seeking an Area CAD Manager - Agri (F) to manage loan disbursal and post-disbursal activities. You will coordinate with Operations, Risk and Business teams, plus external vendors, to report data for regulatory and business decisions.

The role requires strong analytical skills, good process understanding, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Minimum 3 years in retail asset operations CAD/Agri loan disbursal preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.
• Postgraduate: Postgraduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail asset operations, preferably in CAD or Agri loan disbursal functions.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure error-free end-to-end transaction processing within defined turnaround times (TAT).
• Collect and analyze data from stakeholders for regulatory and internal reporting.
• Prepare and present data insights to senior management and external parties.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of loan disbursal and post-disbursal activities.
• Manage vendor relationships, including coordination with legal, technical teams and ROC.
• Prepare presentations and conduct data analysis for internal reviews and project tracking.

About the Role

We are looking for an Area CAD Manager - Agri (F) to join our Retail Asset Operations team. This role is responsible for managing loan disbursal and post-disbursal activities at the assigned location. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Risk, and Business, as well as external vendors, to gather and report information for regulatory and business decision-making. The role requires strong analytical skills, process understanding, and system proficiency to ensure accurate and timely execution of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure error-free end-to-end transaction processing within defined turnaround times (TAT).
• Possess thorough knowledge of retail banking processes and systems, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Collect and analyze data from stakeholders for regulatory and internal reporting.
• Prepare and present data insights to senior management and external parties.
• Maintain high proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of loan disbursal and post-disbursal activities.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships, including legal, technical, and Registrar of Companies (ROC) coordination.
• Prepare presentations and conduct data analysis for internal reviews and project tracking.
