Job summary

Myntra Designs Private Limited, a leading fashion and lifestyle platform in India, is seeking a self-driven HR professional to support multiple business units as part of the HRBP team. The role focuses on partnering with leaders, managing HR processes, and driving engagement initiatives across the organization.

The candidate will handle end-to-end HR responsibilities, including hiring, performance, rewards, employee grievances, and data analytics to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of HR experience with strong analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to influence and partner with leaders at various levels.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and data analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with AI tools to optimize operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to maintain motivated, engaged workforces.
• Serve as HR point of contact for hiring, performance, and resource management.
• Implement new programs with business support.
• Manage Rewards and Recognition for teams.
• Be HR liaison for new joiner assimilation into BUs.
• Handle employee grievances and investigations.
• Maintain Employee MIS and publish dashboards.
• Drive engagement initiatives like buddy programs and town halls.
• End-to-end contract employee management.
• Share monthly payroll inputs.
• Manage lifecycle processes in SuccessFactors or similar systems.
• Ad-hoc ops/tracking/data maintenance.

About Team

In this role, we are looking for a self-driven HR professional who has the ability and initiative to understand the business needs, analyze issues and influence solutions/outcomes. The incumbent will be part of the HRBP team and will support multiple business units(BUs) of Myntra.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders for the respective BUs and other support functions to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce
• Single point of contact of certain BUSfor HR processes like hiring, performance management, resource management, performance management etc
• Implement new programs for the business with their support
• Manage Rewards and Recognition for all the business teams
• HR spoc for new joiner assimilation into the BUs
• Be the first point of contact for all employee grievances and partner with the business in conducting necessary investigations.
• Maintain Employee MIS and provide MIS support for Attrition analysis, Conduct exit interviews, observe trends and highlight important aspects, prepare and publish dashboards
• Drive engagement initiatives like – New hire Buddy/ mentoring, R&R programs, leader and employee connect sessions like town halls, FGDs, and other such meetings
• End to end Contract employee management
• Responsible for sharing monthly payroll inputs
• Management of various employee lifecycle processes on Successfactors/relevant systems (Exit, Rewards,system changes etc)
• Other ad-hoc ops/tracking/data maintenance activities for the teams

Qualifications & Experience

• 2-6 years of relevant experience in HR
• Analytical skills and ability to understand data and patterns
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.
• Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.
• Should be proficient in using MS Office(Including PowerPoint and Excel)
• Proficiency in using AI (e.g. Gemini) to optimize operational work will be an added advantage .
