The role requires balancing governance with agility, ensuring that processes evolve with business growth without creating complexity or operational friction.
Responsibilities
- Identify and drive improvement initiatives across the organization in line with business requirements, demonstrating results in terms of cycle time reduction, cost savings, and improved quality.
- Verify that quantitative goals are set for various projects, report deviations, and identify areas of improvement.
- Review and approve baseline reports/improvement plans and ensure effectiveness of process improvement plans at the organization level.
- Establish, implement, and maintain management systems (ISO 9001, 14000, 18001, 31001) in line with requirements, prioritizing process changes, planning for release and deployment, and institutionalizing processes and best practices as per the organizational roadmap.
- Conduct regular analysis of training needs on various aspects of process frameworks and other business needs, planning and delivering training to meet business objectives.
- Mentor and train team members, interact with people managers and leaders, and deliver effective training programs and client presentations.
- Review and facilitate the creation and maintenance of process documentation.

Qualifications
- BE/B Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or allied disciplines.
- MBA/PGDM is an added advantage.
- 15–18 years of total experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience at managerial level.
- More than 5 years of experience driving quality initiatives.
