Job summary

EXL, a NASDAQ-listed analytics and digital operations company, is seeking a .NET developer to design, develop, and implement software solutions in alignment with project requirements. You will work with C#, ASP.NET, MVC, WCF, and .NET Core, using Azure fundamentals and serverless architectures where appropriate.

You'll collaborate with onshore/offshore teams, follow SDLC and Agile practices, and contribute to API development and testing with Swagger and Postman.

Qualifications

• Proficient in designing and implementing .NET-based software solutions.
• Experience with ASP.NET, MVC, WCF, and .NET Core.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Azure fundamentals and serverless architectures.
• Experience with API development and testing tools (Swagger, Postman).

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and implement .NET-based software solutions in alignment with project requirements and technical specifications
• Proficient in Application Programming , Web Development & Support using Microsoft .NET (C#, ASP. Net, VB. Net, MVC,WCF, Web API, Dot Net Core)
• KnowledgeofVisual Studio .NET 2012-13/2015/2019, WCF Services, Web API and ASP.NET 4.5, ASP.NET MVC 4, LINQAsp. Net Core
• Write code using .NET languages such as C# to implement features, modules, and components of the software application
• Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests etc. to validate the functionality, reliability, and performance of .NET applications
• Analyze technical requirements, user stories, and system specifications to identify technical challenges and dependencies
• Follow established coding standards, development processes, and version control practices within the software engineering teams
• Knowledge of SOAP UI, Splunk Logger, Telerik Fiddler is also preferred.
• Event based system development, API, Use of Swagger/Postman, exposure of JIRA, CI/CD pipeline deployments
• Should have knowledge on serverless architecture

Responsibilities

• Must have knowledge of azure fundamentals and azure functions.
• Other Skills:

Experience in working in the onshore/offshore model, clear understanding of SDLC, experience in working with Agile methodologies

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, for liaising with onshore client counterparts as the role will interact with US based folks on a daily basis
