Job summary

Qualifications

• BTech/MTech in Mechanical or Electrical with 0-2 years experience in Revit.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, including basic family creation.
• Working knowledge of Navisworks and BIM360/ACC environments.
• Basic understanding of BIM workflows and project documentation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage tasks effectively.
• Tech-savvy mindset with interest in BIM, automation, and design technology.
• High learning agility, fast to adapt and apply feedback.
• Curiosity to explore tools like Dynamo and automation workflows.

About the Role

The BIM Associate will support the BIM/VDC MEP team in day-to-day project execution. This role focuses on hands-on BIM work including modeling, quality control, documentation, and supporting senior leads in maintaining high standards across projects. This is a learning-heavy, execution-driven role suited for someone who is technically inclined and eager to grow in BIM, design technology and automation.
