Job summary

WSP in Lucknow, part of the Global Capability Centre, seeks an experienced Team Leader for Asset Management to guide a growing capability in Integrity Management, Reliability Engineering, and Asset Advisory services.

You will provide people leadership, technical oversight, and project delivery support, while helping to expand client delivery and growth across power sectors including thermal, transmission and distribution, hydro, wind and solar.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Asset Management capability within the GCC across Integrity Management, Reliability Engineering and Asset Advisory services.
• Provide line management, technical oversight and project delivery support for a team of asset management professionals.
• Drive growth of asset management services across power sectors including thermal, transmission & distribution, hydro, wind and solar.
• Collaborate with AM&A leadership to build capability, manage resources and win new engagements across multiple markets.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader for our Asset Management vertical to lead and develop our growing Asset Management capability within the Global Capability Centre (GCC). The role will provide line management, technical oversight, and project delivery support across a team of asset management professionals specialising in Integrity Management, Reliability Engineering, and Asset Advisory services.

Working closely with the global Asset Management & Advisory (AM&A) leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for building team capability, managing resources, supporting project delivery, and driving the growth of asset management services across multiple sectors of the power industry, including thermal generation, transmission and distribution, hydro, wind, and solar.

The role combines people leadership, technical excellence, project oversight, and business development support to ensure the GCC is recognised as a trusted delivery centre for global asset management projects.
