WSP in India is seeking an experienced Team Leader for our Asset Management vertical to lead and develop the growing Asset Management capability within the Global Capability Centre (GCC). The role provides line management, technical oversight, and project delivery support across a team of asset management professionals.

You will work with the AM&A leadership to build capability, manage resources, support project delivery, and drive growth of asset management services across power sectors

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader for our Asset Management vertical to lead and develop our growing Asset Management capability within the Global Capability Centre (GCC). The role will provide line management, technical oversight, and project delivery support across a team of asset management professionals specialising in Integrity Management, Reliability Engineering, and Asset Advisory services.

Working closely with the global Asset Management & Advisory (AM&A) leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for building team capability, managing resources, supporting project delivery, and driving the growth of asset management services across multiple sectors of the power industry, including thermal generation, transmission and distribution, hydro, wind, and solar.

The role combines people leadership, technical excellence, project oversight, and business development support to ensure the GCC is recognised as a trusted delivery centre for global asset management projects.
