Job summary

Uberlife Consulting is seeking an experienced Backend Architect to design and build scalable, high-performance backend systems for our AI-powered platform. You will architect enterprise-scale applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, and deliver robust REST APIs with event-driven patterns via Kafka.

Responsibilities include optimizing performance, collaborating with Redis/Aerospike and SQL/NoSQL databases, and guiding architectural decisions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Distributed Systems.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, Redis/Aerospike, REST APIs, SQL & NoSQL databases.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of system design, multithreading, concurrency, caching, and performance tuning.
• Currently hands-on with coding and experienced in leading architecture for large-scale backend platforms.
