Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for an Associate / Analyst role to conduct company research and portfolio management for a venture capital fund. You will perform industry and primary research across the portfolio and coverage universe.

You will handle business and financial due diligence on startups raising capital, analyze industry and competition, and prepare detailed notes. You will engage with founders and assist with counsel through deal closure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of venture capital experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication is mandatory.
• PowerPoint and Excel expertise required.
• Absolute discretion with confidential matters.

• Research on deals, trends and transactions in the early-stage startup ecosystem; build a network of industry participants and write update notes and reports.
• Build strong connect with portfolio company managements.
