Accendra Health is seeking an Analyst Datacenter Operations to manage batch jobs on IBM iSeries, BRMS, and related tools. The role includes documenting processes, monitoring execution, and ensuring uptime while meeting SLAs. You will coordinate with IT and business teams and mentor others on KPIs and standards.

The position requires hands-on experience with iSeries, BRMS, MIMIX/iCluster, and tape management, with readiness to work in a 24x7 office environment in Pune region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working with IBM System iSeries (AS400) in a Datacenter Operator role.
• Experience with BRMS Tape Management.
• Ability to develop shifts and job schedules and delegate to a team.
• High attention to detail for batch job execution and monitoring.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communications.

Day-to-day activities include developing and documenting batch job processes, launching and monitoring batch processes, data restoration using BRMS (System i), maintaining high operational uptime and stringent SLAs through timely batch processing and request management, coordinating with applications and development teams as well as other operational and project-based tasks, mentoring of teammates and developing KPIs and operational standards.
