Addepar in Pune, India is seeking an Associate Alts Data Operation Analyst - Early Career to support the new Alternatives Product by reviewing Private Fund documents and ensuring data is accurately processed.
You will train ML models by spotting extraction errors, validate data, and collaborate with the ML Ops team. Fresh graduates welcome; 0–1 year finance knowledge preferred; requires Excel and Google Suite, and willingness to work from the Pune office three days a week.

The Role
Kickstart your career in fintech! Addepar has just launched an Alternatives Product offering, combining proprietary machine learning technology with human-in-the-loop review to process complex Private Funds data.
As a foundational member of the Alternatives Data Ops team, you will receive comprehensive training to review Private Fund documents, ensuring clients’ Alternatives data is accurately processed and validated. You will play a critical role in training our ML models by identifying extraction errors and maintaining high data quality standards. (Note: Visa sponsorship is not available).
