You will own motion from concept to execution, collaborate with designers and strategists, and craft motion systems that convey clarity and emotion.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in motion design, animation, visual design, or related fields.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion work across branding, digital products, campaigns, social content, and storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, pacing, transitions, visual hierarchy, and storytelling.
• Excellent eye for typography, composition, colour, layout, and visual craft.
• Ability to translate static designs and concepts into compelling motion experiences.
• Experience creating brand films, launch videos, product explainers, social content, and marketing campaigns.
• Understanding of UI motion, interaction design, Lottie, or similar motion systems is a strong advantage.
• Ability to independently own projects and collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

You'll work across a diverse range of projects spanning brand identity systems, product launches, digital experiences, marketing campaigns, social content, and storytelling initiatives. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of motion from concept to execution, collaborate closely with designers and strategists, and use motion as a tool to create clarity, emotion, and impact.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong visual design fundamentals with a deep understanding of animation, storytelling, and motion systems.
