You’ll work across brand strategy, identity systems, campaigns, digital experiences, and visual storytelling from concept to scalable design language.

Collaborate with strategists, product designers, and clients to translate business challenges into clear, memorable work.

ownpath Studios is looking for a Senior Brand & Graphic Designer to lead the visual thinking behind brands and turn ideas into distinctive, cohesive identities.

You’ll work across brand strategy, identity systems, campaigns, digital experiences, and visual storytelling, taking projects from an initial idea through to a refined and scalable design language. You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, product designers, and clients to translate business and brand challenges into work that is clear, memorable, and built to last.

This role is ideal for someone who can balance strong conceptual thinking with exceptional craft. You’ll be expected to bring a point of view, take ownership of projects, mentor designers around you, and push the quality and ambition of the work we create.

What we're looking for

• 4–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on brand and marketing design.
• A strong, diverse portfolio showing brand work and marketing collateral across digital and print.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of design principles—layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for consistency.
• Good communicator: Able to present ideas clearly and incorporate feedback.
• Organized and reliable: Can manage timelines and deliver quality work on schedule.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with motion graphics or basic animation (After Effects or similar).
• Experience with Webflow, Canva for Teams, or similar no-code tools.
• Understanding of basic UI/UX principles.
• Exposure to working in cross-functional remote teams.
