Job summary

Varun Beverages Limited is seeking a proactive Associate for its Production department in India. You will monitor and troubleshoot packaging machinery, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and uphold safety and quality on the shop floor.

Responsibilities include maintenance, data analysis, and supporting production planning while driving continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen and Six Sigma. English communication is essential; Hindi preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with beverage packaging machinery (blow molder, filler, labeller).
• Strong understanding of PLCs, HMI interfaces, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and ISO 9001 standards.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab) for performance tracking.
• Excellent problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based manufacturing environment.
• Effective communication skills in English; Hindi proficiency preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement culture.

• Coordinate with vendors for spare parts procurement and technical support.
