Primary Responsibilities:

• Engineering Leadership & Delivery
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), fostering a culture of technical excellence, ownership, continuous learning, and innovation
  • Drive technical design, architecture reviews, coding standards, and engineering best practices to ensure delivery of reliable, scalable, and maintainable solutions
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Stakeholders, Scrum Masters, Architects, and Engineering Leaders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Manage delivery commitments, sprint objectives, project milestones, and operational support activities while ensuring high quality outcomes
• Full Stack Application Development
  • Design, develop, and maintain modern front-end applications using Angular, Blazor, and related web technologies
  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using ASP.NET Core, C#, SQL Server, and Oracle technologies
  • Build and support Monolithic/ Microservices-based architectures using REST APIs, event-driven communication, messaging frameworks, and modern integration patterns
  • Develop secure, scalable, highly available, and performance-optimized enterprise solutions
• Cloud & Platform Engineering
  • Design, deploy, and maintain cloud-native applications and services on Microsoft Azure or equivalent cloud platforms
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub actions , Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automated testing, monitoring, observability, and DevSecOps practices
  • Drive application modernization initiatives leveraging containerization, Kubernetes, API Gateways, and cloud-native design principles
• AI Product Delivery & Generative AI Engineering
  • Participate in the end-to-end AI Product Delivery Lifecycle, including:
    • Business problem identification and use case definition
    • AI solution design and architecture
    • Data acquisition and preparation
    • Model evaluation and validation
    • Prompt engineering and experimentation
    • AI application development and integration
    • Production deployment and monitoring
    • Continuous improvement through feedback and model optimization
  • Develop and support AI-powered solutions using:
    • Azure OpenAI Services
    • Large Language Models (LLMs)
    • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
    • Vector Databases
    • AI Agents and Agentic Workflows
    • Semantic Search and Knowledge Retrieval
    • AI-assisted Automation and Productivity Solutions
  • Collaborate with business and product teams to identify opportunities where Generative AI can improve operational efficiency, user experience, support processes, and knowledge management
  • Evaluate AI solutions for accuracy, security, governance, compliance, explainability, and responsible AI practices
• Operational Excellence
  • Provide leadership for production support, incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvements
  • Drive system reliability, resiliency, performance tuning, and platform stability initiatives
  • Establish engineering metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to measure delivery effectiveness, quality, and operational health
  • Promote knowledge sharing, documentation, and engineering best practices across teams
• Innovation & Talent Development
  • Coach engineers in software design, cloud engineering, AI technologies, and modern development practices
  • Champion innovation by piloting emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and automation opportunities
  • Support hiring, onboarding, career development, succession planning, and performance enablement for team members
  • Build a culture of learning and experimentation aligned with organizational and business objectives

Qualifications -

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in .NET, ASP.NET Core, Angular, Blazor, SQL Server, Oracle, and Microservices Architecture
• Experience with Azure Cloud Services including App Services, Functions, Storage, Service Bus, Key Vault, and Azure DevOps
• Experience leading Agile teams and delivering enterprise-scale applications
• Working knowledge of Generative AI technologies including Azure OpenAI, RAG architectures, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, and AI Agent frameworks
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, security, performance optimization, and cloud-native development
• Proven excellent communication, stakeholder management, and people leadership skills
