Medline India in Pune is seeking an Associate Analyst - Vendor Contracts to create and maintain vendor/customer contracts, including start/end dates, price lists, and eligibility.
The role requires a graduate degree, 2–3 years of contract or reporting experience, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables), and clear English communication. You will work with SAP-Vistex and cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy.
Under direct oversight, implement and maintain contract pricing for prime vendor and non-prime vendor accounts for branded products.

This position is responsible for creating and maintaining the contracts between Vendor and Customer / Vendor and Medline. The vendor contract receives contract copies from the Vendor to set up a new contract or update an existing contract. Vendor Contract Associate Analyst's role is to create the new contract and maintain the existing contract in the Medline system accurately which includes critical information such as the start and end date of the contract, Customer eligibility list, Item price list, etc. Vendor Contract Associate Analyst is responsible to audit and maintain existing contracts on a timely basis as per updates from Vendors.
