Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Maths/Statistics/Engineering/Data Science from Tier 1 Institutes is desired.
• 4-6 years of experience in eTrading domain focusing on assets (Equities/FX/Rates).
• Strong knowledge of statistical learning and data-mining techniques.
• Exposure to Python programming and scripting languages.
• Experience with data analytics, BI reporting and pricing/risk platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth quantitative research on pricing and risk management for the eRisk Franchise.
• Provide high-level quantitative support in analytics and BI for Global FX Spot, STIRs and Rates using tick-by-tick data.
• Ensure quantitative development support in platform improvement; Python & KDB usage.
• Develop, automate, and maintain sophisticated BI reports for top management in GFX & EM Rates.
• Lead thought leadership to improve pricing and risk management algorithms.
• Mentor new joiners and run training programs for the team.
• Own and maintain a long-term team roadmap and lead team meetings to sustain team spirit.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive environment that supports meeting objectives.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct in depth Quantitative Research on Pricing & Risk Management for the eRisk Franchise
• Provide high level Quantitative support in the development of Analytics & Business Intelligence for Global FX Spot, STIRs & Rates using tick by tick data. Maintain processes related to testing of analytics and accuracy of the data used.
• Ensure Quantitative Development support in platform specific improvement and maintenance. Python & KDB.
• Developing, Automating & Maintaining sophisticated Business Intelligence Reports & MI for top level management in GFX & EM Rates Business ensuring strategic insights and informed decision making.
• Bringing in Thought leadership in terms of new & innovative ideas to improve pricing & risk management algorithm's.
• Be a mentor to new joiners, run training & learning programs for the team to cohesively develop talent
• Own & maintain a long-term BOW for the team. Participate & lead the team meeting / team activities and work towards sustaining team spirit.
• Support achievement of team objectives & participate in development of cohesive teams. Contribute to the creation of a supportive work environment driven by people centric values.

To be successful, you will:

• Strong Understanding of Quantitative Framework for eTrading Franchise
• Understanding of Market Microstructure for FX & Rates Products
• Deep understanding of Derivative products and its Pricing & Valuations.
• Ideally Bachelors, Masters or PHD in Maths/Statistics/Engineering/Data Science from Tier 1 Institutes.
• 4-6 Years of Experience in eTrading Domain focusing on any Asset Class (Equities/FX/Rates)
• Strong Knowledge of statistical learning and data-mining technics. Strong knowledge of script programming languages (Python)
• Desired knowledge of database query languages (Q/KDB, SQL). Strong understanding of Machine Learning techniques
• Exposure to Web Development using Python. Exposure to Javascript & CSS. Exposure to Object Oriented Programming Language (C++/Java)
