We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President Equity - Front Office

In this role, you will:

• Risk & Delta Management – Daily monitoring, Greeks, stress testing. Dividends & Corporate Actions – Forecasting and market impact analysis
• Index Events – Research and positioning for rebalances and events. PnL & Scenario Analytics – Attribution, shocks, and “what-if” tools
• Inventory Visualization & Optimization – Tools for portfolio construction and risk allocation. Automation & Tool-Building – Python-based solutions for workflows, dashboards, and reporting
• Innovation in Tech & AI – Applying AI/ML for forecasting and anomaly detection. Partner with traders on risk, delta, and portfolio exposures
• Help traders with trade bookings, reconciliations and exception handling to ensure smooth daily operations
• Build Python tools for PnL attribution, stress testing, and scenario analysis. Develop and maintain dividend forecasting and corporate actions models
• Analyse index rebalances, corporate events, and flows to support trading strategies. Design inventory visualization & optimization tools for portfolio efficiency
• Automate daily processes (risk reports, trade booking checks, reconciliations). Deliver dashboards and analytics for real-time decision support

To be successful, you will:

• Strong academic background in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields with experience working with a trading desk
• Knowledge of derivatives, swaps, risk management, and equity markets
• Advanced Python skills (Pandas, NumPy, visualization, automation)
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to handle time-sensitive tasks
• Excellent communication skills for direct interaction with traders. Exposure to front-office trading strategies
