The role emphasizes AI-driven business transformation, Do you lead AI initiatives, build ROI-focused models, and drive cross-functional execution? You will own the strategic plan, monitor market trends, and develop investor-facing materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in business, finance, economics, engineering, management or related fields; MBA preferred.
• 6–10 years of experience in Corporate Strategy or related fields.
• Experience working with CXOs; investor-facing or fundraising exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CSO and leadership team to formulate and execute the company’s strategic agenda, KPIs, and growth plans.
• Identify new markets, products, partnerships, channels, and business models through market research, competitive intelligence, financial analysis, and tech trends.
• Lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through execution and measurable outcomes.
• Identify, prioritize, and implement AI/GenAI use cases across functions to drive revenue, productivity, efficiency, and better decision-making.
• Deploy AI-enabled workflows, analytics, automation, decision-support systems, and AI agents.
• Stay current with Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, automation, and enterprise AI and translate developments into ROI-driven applications.
• Own investor-facing collateral including fundraising decks and business plans.
• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, valuation analyses, and scenario models.
• Support fundraising, investor discussions, due diligence, and engagement with investors and lenders.
• Monitor industry trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Conduct market sizing, competitive benchmarking, opportunity assessment, and performance analysis.
• Develop executive dashboards, reports, and presentations highlighting KPIs and performance gaps.

Responsibilities

Corporate Strategy & Business Growth

• Partner with the CSO and leadership team to formulate and execute the company’s strategic agenda, priorities, KPIs, and growth plans.
• Identify new markets, products, partnerships, channels, and business models through market research, competitive intelligence, financial analysis, and emerging technology trends.
• Lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through execution and measurable outcomes.
• Identify, prioritize, and implement AI/GenAI use cases across functions to drive revenue, productivity, efficiency, automation, and better decision‑making.
• Work with internal teams and technology partners to deploy AI‑enabled workflows, analytics, automation, decision‑support systems, and AI agents.
• Stay current with Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, automation, and enterprise AI and translate relevant developments into practical, ROI‑driven applications.
• Own investor‑facing collateral including fundraising decks, information memoranda, business plans, and management presentations.
• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, valuation analyses, and scenario models.
• Support fundraising, investor discussions, due diligence, and engagement with investors, investment bankers, equity analysts, lenders, and advisors.
• Monitor industry, competitor, technology, and macroeconomic trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Conduct market sizing, competitive benchmarking, opportunity assessment, and business performance analysis.
• Develop executive dashboards, reports, and presentations highlighting key opportunities, risks, KPIs, and performance gaps.

CEO’s Office & Cross‑functional Execution

• Act as a strategic extension of the CEO, driving alignment and execution across Finance, Operations, Marketing, Sales, HR, Technology, and other functions.
• Develop business cases, operating plans, KPIs, and performance reviews with functional leaders.
• Drive accountability, timelines, and measurable outcomes across critical strategic initiatives.
• Independently structure complex problems and present clear, data‑driven recommendations to senior leadership.

Corporate Development & Strategic Initiatives

• Support product‑market fit, GTM strategy, market entry, strategic partnerships, M&A evaluation, due diligence, and business transformation initiatives as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Management, or related fields; MBA preferred.
• 6–10 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, PE/VC, Corporate Development, Strategic Finance, CEO’s Office, or a high‑growth company.
• Experience working directly with CXOs/senior leadership; investor‑facing or fundraising experience preferred.

Required Skills

AI & Digital Transformation — Mandatory

• Strong practical proficiency in AI and Generative AI, with hands‑on experience implementing live business use cases.
• Ability to explain the problem, AI solution, personal contribution, tools/technology, implementation challenges, and measurable business impact of previous AI initiatives.
• Understanding of LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, AI automation, AI analytics, and workflow transformation.
• Ability to translate AI capabilities into practical, scalable, and ROI‑driven business applications.

Strategy, Finance & Communication

• Strong understanding of corporate strategy, financial modelling, corporate finance, valuation, and business analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong PowerPoint/storytelling capabilities.
• Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence.
• Ability to structure complex problems, manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver high‑quality outputs under tight timelines.
