Marsh Risk India, within Marsh Corporate, seeks a seasoned compensation professional to lead the Compensation COE in Gurgaon. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days a week and partners with global teams to execute compensation strategies.
The ideal candidate has deep experience in market pricing, job evaluation, data analytics, and benefits design, delivering insights under tight timelines and influencing leadership decisions.
We are seeking a talented individual in our Compensation COE (Marsh Corporate) team at Marsh Risk India, a Marsh business. This role will be based in the Gurgaon office. This is a hybrid role that requires working in the office at least three days a week.

IMEA compensation COE covers 3500+ colleagues across 12+ countries in the India, Middle East and Africa supporting various businesses under the umbrella of Marsh.
What can you expect?
The Assistance Vice President - Compensation COE partners with the people partners, HR managers, HRSS and business leaders to execute the Compensation strategy for Marsh Risk and Mercer businesses in IMEA Region. The ideal candidate should have experience of job matching, job evaluation, market pricing, business advisory, advance data analysis, program design and implementation, benefits design and benchmarking. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills who can deliver under pressure with tight timelines.
