Job summary

Marsh Risk, Gurugram, is seeking a senior professional to join the IMEA Valuation and Property Risk Engineering team. This hybrid role requires three days in the office weekly and focuses on supporting leadership with proposals, reporting, and strategic initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring 7–12 years in professional services, strong PowerPoint/Excel, and proficiency in Power BI and Salesforce, plus excellent communication with all levels of stakeholders.

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our IMEA Valuation and Property Risk Engineering team at Knowledge Services - Marsh Risk. This role will be based in Gurugram. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

To improve the efficiency, consistency and scalability of the IMEA Valuation and Property Risk Engineering practice by supporting the Operational Risk Consulting (ORC) IMEA leader with execution of key strategic initiatives, reporting, managing proposals, technical collateral, operational initiatives, knowledge management and cross-functional coordination. The role acts as the operational hub between leadership, engineers, valuers, business development, finance and regional teams.

• Engineering or related degree. MBA is advantageous.
• 7-12 years’ experience in consulting or professional servicesaccounting firm (Big 4) or similar professional services firm.
