Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Client Servicing or Revenue Management.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Experience with sales dashboards and MIS is a plus.
• Knowledge of social media will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Sales Support function to ensure smooth execution of sales and client servicing activities.
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to support revenue generation and business growth objectives.
• Oversee preparation and management of proposals, commercial agreements, sponsorship contracts, quotations, and client documentation.
• Drive operational efficiency through process standardization, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure superior service delivery.
• Proactively address client concerns and ensure timely resolution of operational and commercial issues.
• Support client retention and business development initiatives through effective relationship management.
• Maintain sales dashboards, business performance reports and manage MIS.
• Coordination with external vendors to execute events and roadshows.
