Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering essential.

• Knowledge of Occupational Safety, and Projects/ Site-transition.
• Proficient in client reporting and preparation of reports.
• Experience with tendering and service-improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of electrical cabling locations; AHU/AC/DG set operation.
• Flexible in 24x7 environments.
• Exposure to multinational corporate organisations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all maintenance and related activities.
• Plan preventive maintenance for installed equipment and ensure closure with vendors.
• Maintain adequate stock of spares at site for critical equipment.
• Support event management in engineering terms.
• Coordinate with Property Management on technical matters for smooth operations.
• Implement and monitor energy conservation initiatives.
• Support facility manager/chief engineer in management reporting.
• Review trends to identify service improvements.
• Assess technical vendors' performance.
• Provide training for the technical team.
• Coordinate with landlord on technical matters.
• Validate PM and breakdown service reports.
• Maintain updated vendor escalation matrix.
• Assist for periodic Technical Audits.

Assistant Technical Manager

What this job involves: Position’s Goal To oversee complete engineering and maintenance requirements of the facility. Ensure 100% uptime of all critical equipment Coordinate with vendors for AMC services.

Deliverable Role/Responsibilities

• Monitoring of all maintenance and related monitoring activities
• Plan for preventive maintenance of all installed equipment and ensure closure through concerned vendors.
• Plan for adequate stock of spares at site for all critical equipment.
• Support event management related activities in terms of engineering support
• Coordination with Property Management team on technical matters to ensure smooth operations in client facility.
• Implement and monitor the energy conversation initiatives.
• Support the facility manager/ chief engineer in preparing the management reports.
• Review of trend analysis to identify areas of service improvement.
• Performance assessment of technical vendors.
• Conduct training for the technical team.
• Coordinate with landlord for technical matters.
• Validate PM and breakdown service reports.
• Maintain updated vendor escalation matrix
• Provide assistance for Technical Audits for all installations at periodical intervals

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in either Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering essential
• Minimum experience of 6 to 8 years in corporate level
• Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands; Demonstrated experience with tendering and service improvement initiatives required;
• Knowledge of Occupational Safety requirements; Knowledge and experience in Projects and Site Transition
• Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems; Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives highly desirable; Demonstrated experience with client reporting and preparation of reports required.
• Complete knowledge of office electrical / ups circuit. Air-conditioning / AHU, D.G Set operation, layouts. Ability to trouble shoot.
• Knowledge of all Electrical cabling location
• Inquisitive Flexible with 24 x 7 Environment.
• Skill Sets Exposure and experience in dealing with multinational corporate organizations
• Ability to adapt and perform under pressure
• Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Location: On-site –Gurugram, HR. Scheduled Weekly Hours: 48.
