Job summary

Shadowfax Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking a diligent Store and Warehouse Assistant to support daily store and warehouse operations, handle inbound shipments, sorting, scanning and dispatch activities.

You will help maintain accurate inventory, monitor order processing and ensure timely dispatch, supervise store staff, keep records, coordinate with delivery partners, and uphold safety and SOPs to support daily productivity.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store In-Charge in managing daily store and warehouse operations.
• Handle inbound shipments, sorting, scanning, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and stock updates.
• Monitor order processing and ensure timely dispatch.
• Supervise store staff and support daily task allocation.
• Maintain shipment records, stock registers, and daily operational reports.
• Coordinate with delivery partners and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Report stock discrepancies, damaged shipments, and operational issues to the Store In-Charge.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and workplace safety.
• Follow company SOPs and operational guidelines.
• Support the Store In-Charge in achieving daily productivity and performance targets.
