Job summary

JLL in Gurugram is seeking a security professional to manage on-site security staff, CCTV, and access control for a major commercial facility. The role involves coordinating security operations and ensuring safety standards across the premises.

The incumbent will liaise with law enforcement and government agencies, respond to alarms and incidents, and maintain comprehensive security records. This position offers stable hours and exposure to large-scale property operations.

Qualifications

• Handling security manpower and documentation.
• Training staff about basic firefighting.
• Handling customer complaints, labour movement, and guest movement; verifying bills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor for exceptions on site and respond to Panic Alarm, Fire Alarm, and PA system.
• Respond to incidents and investigate matters; handle emergency helpline calls and information requests.
• Attend meetings, trainings and participate in security drills.
• Manage all records of security.
• Daily briefing of security staff.
• Liaise with state police authorities and other government agencies regarding security matters.
• Maintain and manage security manpower, CCTV, access control and all security-related equipment.
• Prepare presentations of M.M.R, Q.B.R, trainings and implementations in mall & sales block.

• Handling the Security Manpower and documentation.
