Job summary

Globiva invites applications for the role of Assistant Operations Manager (Sales process - BPO) at our Gurgaon location. The position oversees customer service operations, drives performance, and ensures alignment with SLAs and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in BPO with at least 1 year in an Assistant Manager Operations role, excellent communication in English and Hindi, and a track record of people management and process improvement. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in BPO.
• At least 1 year experience as Assistant Manager Operations.

• Manage overall operations of customer service teams.
• Drive team performance, productivity, quality & SLAs
• Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Monitor KPIs, shrinkage, adherence & occupancy
• Coach Team Leaders and support their development
• Coordinate with Quality, Training & Workforce teams
• Ensure process compliance and continuous improvement
