Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to assist in planning and executing electrical and utility systems for industrial projects. You will coordinate with MEP contractors, consultants, and civil teams, ensuring work aligns with approved drawings and schedules.

The role requires 8–10 years of industrial project experience, strong knowledge of MEP systems and power distribution, and the ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

  • B.E Electrical Engineering is required.
  • 8 to 10 years’ experience in industrial projects.
  • Good understanding of industrial MEP systems and utilities.
  • Knowledge of power distribution and electrical works.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and execution of Electrical and Utility systems.
  • Coordinate with MEP contractors, consultants, and civil team.
  • Ensure MEP works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
  • Monitor site progress and track project schedule.
  • Review shop drawings and material submittals.
  • Ensure proper coordination between MEP and structural/architectural works.
  • Monitor testing & commissioning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory norms.
  • Prepare progress reports and support review meetings.
  • Resolve routine site issues and elevate major concerns.
