Job summary

Turner & Townsend in New Delhi is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our growing project management team. The role requires consultancy experience and the ability to support the project lead across civil packages from setup and brief through design, tendering, procurement, construction, handover and closeout.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for client review.

Turner & Townsend are looking for Assistant Manger to join our growing project management team in New Delhi.

Role within the project:

• The Project Manager is expected to be able to support the project lead in all aspects of project management delivery for Civil packages throughout the stages of set up and brief, design, tendering & procurement, construction, handover and closeout.
• Should be able to handle all project-related reporting & documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in project meetings, prepare minutes
• Monitor day to day execution and site, handle all documentation and reporting
• Prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly reports for client review
• Review the deliverables from the design consultants/ vendors/ contractors/ and provide feedback

Reporting

• Depending upon context, Assistant Project Manager is likely to report to a Project Management.

Qualifications

• Education - Diploma / B.E/ B.Tech Civil Engineering
• Post Graduate Qualification in relevant field would be an added advantage.
• You should have relevant experience of working for a construction consultancy in India, be degree educated in a relevant construction subject and have good technical skills.
• 6+ years of post-qualification experience in similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
